The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the respondent no.2, the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, to dispose of the appeal bearing CRM No.44 of 2017, filed by the petitioner against the order dated 04.07.2013 by which the licence bearing no. 35/2007 of the petitioner under Public Distribution System has been cancelled. Since the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending before the District Magistrate, West Champaran for last more than three years, I find it appropriate to direct the District Magistrate, West Champaran to dispose of the appeal of the
