The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341 and 307 of the IPC and Sections 30 and 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case as per the written report of Subodh Kumar submitted before the SHO, Ramkrishna Nagar Police Station is to the effect that on 10.7.2019 at 6.30 A.M. when the informant came out of the house, he found vehicles of two schools, namely D.Y. Patil School and Birla School blocking the road. On protest being made, the blockade was cleared but subsequently the petitioner Ranjan Singh and others came on a Fortuner vehicle and

No.74688 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 resorted to fire though it did not cause injury to any one and they started fleeing away but on chase being made, one of the coaccused namely Shankar Dayal Yadav was apprehended. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the same occurrence, three cases have been lodged being Complaint Case No. 1528 C of 2010, Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 489 of 2019 and the present one. It is further submitted no injury was caused to any one.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that firing was resorted to in public place though no one was injured. Considering the genesis of the occurrence and no injury being caused to any one, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Patna in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No.488 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) anil/- U
