2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That this application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of „Mandamus‟ or any other appropriate writ/order/direction granting the following relief/reliefs to the petitioner:- I. For issuance of writ directing the respondents to pay the following amount of arrears.
1. Arrear of pension from 01.11.2012 to may, 2016
Patna High Court CWJC No.14669 of 2018 dt.30-07-2018 2/3 Rs. -1,74,460/-
2. Rest amount of gratuity Rs.-1,13,520/-
3. Rest amount of E.L. Rs. 92,440/-
4. Amount of Group Insurance Rs. 2,09,830/-
5. Rest amount of arrear of salary from 01.04.1997 to Oct. 2012- Rs.-5,74,830/- Total Rs. 11,65,830/- II. For issuance of writ commanding the respondent authorities to pay 12.5% compound interest for delayed payment of rtiral dues and 12% per annum for delayed payment of arrear of salary.
III. For that any other relief/reliefs also may be granted to the petitioner for which he may be deemed entitled to."
Rs, 24,585/- as arrear of difference of pension w.e.f Jan. 2016 to May, 2016.
II. For issuance of writ/order/direction to the respondents to pay rest amount of E.L. Rs. 95,710/- to the petitioner.
III.
For issuance of writ commanding the respondents to pay the dues amount of Group Insurance Rs. 3,02,338/- as per the rules of Group Insurance cum Saving Project.
IV. For issuance of writ / order / direction to pay the arrears of salary of the petitioner which is Rs. 19,50,000/-.
V. For issuance of writ to pay 12.5% compound interest on admitted dues for delayed payment to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14669 of 2018 dt.30-07-2018 3/3 petitioner.
VI. For that any other relief / reliefs may be granted for which the petitioner may be deemed entitled to."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a representation on 13.07.2018 before the respondent no. 4, copy of the same is Annexure P6 to the writ petition, which is still pending. He prayed that the authorities be directed to decide the representation.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents do no object.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to ensure that the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, if pending, is disposed off, expeditiously and latest within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
