The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 28.05.2018 at about 7 O' Clock in the evening, petitioner along with other co-accused named in the FIR variously armed with lathi, danda and weapons came and started abusing and assaulted him. In the meantime when the wife, son and brother of the informant came to save the informant they were also
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48085 of 2018(2) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 assaulted by the accused persons.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. It has been further submitted that this case is counter version of Kinjar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Arwal in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
