The petitioners were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35012 of 2019, subject to the conditions that the petitioners will be released on bail after proper verification that the motorcycle bearing registration no. JH17E-5364 belongs to the father of the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2.

learned counsel for the petitioners, with reference to Annexure-4 submits that the vehicle number is BR51A3098 and not JH17E-5364.

No. 35012 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the court below shall verify the ownership with regard to the vehicle bearing registration No. BR51A3098 and on verification if it is found that the same belongs to the father of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail.

With the aforesaid modification, the present petition stands disposed of.
