This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Kotwa (Bhopatpur O.P.) P.S.case no.68 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and death is due to strangulation.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not present at the place occurrence. He was at Delhi and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody for eight months.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant..
