2. The petitioner is in custody in a case register for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of BNS.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the informant runs the C.S.P. (S.B.I) which was looted by two unknown persons with a cash of Rs. Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand at the gunpoint and fled away from the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2025 and he has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78406 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 petition.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each of the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Udakishunganj, District-Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.270 of 2025.
