The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.502 of 2017, registered under Sections 326, 307, 34 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that due to some enmity, the petitioner and one caught the informant by his waist and Neeraj Kumar shot at his abdomen causing fire arm injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of shooting fire is only against the Neeraj Kumar and not against the petitioner and the investigation of the case has been concluded and the petitioner is in custody for more than 4 months. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Suraj Kumar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46587 of 2018 (2) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-VII-CumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.502 of 2017.
