2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 364 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section(s) 75 and 76 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of molesting the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO-cumAdditional Sessions Judge-VII, Gaya Ji in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 364 of 2024 subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
