2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.261 of 2023/361 of 2023 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.481 of 2017 lodged under Sections 304B and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation that petitioner along with his family members named in the F.I.R., have killed informant's daughter for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the evidence of informant has taken place during trial as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82701 of 2023(3) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 PW 2 which is annexed as Annexure-P/2 of the bail petition. From the said annexure, it transpires that the informant become hostile in her evidence.

6. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2022 having clean antecedent and charge-sheet has already been framed in this case.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-III, Barh, Patna in connection with S.Tr. No.261 of 2023/361 of 2023 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.481 of 2017, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
