The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 319/ of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/353/188 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Control of Volume of Play Loud Speaker Act, 1955.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegations are false and mischievous and have been lodged with oblique motive. It is further submitted that the allegations under Section 353 of the IPC is wholly concocted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75132 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 and the petitioners have no concerned with the same. Having considered the entire facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 319/ of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
