2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of M.A. No. 6 of 2025 which stood dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the order dated 08.09.2025 passed by this Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the petition, the MJC No. 3739 fo 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

4. Accordingly, the M.A. No. 6 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
