The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No.65 of 2018, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

Allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter, married to the petitioner's brother, Md. Jahid, was killed by setting fire over the body on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is younger brother of the deceased-husband living separately and not concerned with their matrimonial affair. However the brother of the petitioner made an attempt to save and extinguish fire caught accidentally and brought her to hospital for treatment. Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Shayek, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with Amour P.S.
