The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 102/2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/354(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the petitioners and his brother is entirely false and fabricated and has been occasioned only to humiliate the family and there is no reason why such an allegation ought to have been made. It is further submitted that co-accused Munna Thakur has since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.P. No. 1560/19, but the case of the petitioner who stands similarly situated has been rejected.

No.72782 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Considering the entire nature of allegations and that the present petitioner has got a clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalagnj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 102/2019 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
