2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a fresh detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation for considering his claim for payment under 'Kabir Antyeshti Anudan Scheme'.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, is directed to take appropriate decision with respect to the claim of the petitioner. In case, he finds that the consideration made by the Executive Officer, Azimabad Circle, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, with respect to the difference of signature, then he may take appropriate steps to get the signature verified by the handwriting expert. The above exercise is directed to be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
