2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341 , 323 , 3254 ( B ), 504 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3
(1) ( r ) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act and 4 of the POCSO Act.
3 . At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties have resolved and settled their dispute and in this regard on 19.10.2024 a compromise petition was filed in the Court below along with joint signature of the accused and complainant which is Annexure P /3 to the bail petition .
4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not

5 . Considering the submission made on behalf of petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge - VI - cum - Special Judge (POCSO) Samastipur in Mathurapur P S Case No. 42 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
