land bearing Khata No.739, Khesra No.1261, Area 0.10 Decimal under Thana No.120, Mauza-Khanwan under the District Nawada same is being used as to disposed of the new born child and some part of land DPR has been prepared for

Patna High Court CWJC No.24924 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 construction of MNREGA house but Rajeev Kumar, son of Mayurdhwaj Singh and his sons are cutting trees planted on the aforesaid land and they have encroached the same land.

II. For further to direct the State Respondents to take legal action against the Govt.

Land which is used as to disposed of the newly born child and on some part of land has identified for the construction of PACS Godown.

III. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
