1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case no.203 of 2021 registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that his tempo was stolen by unknown accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation. The prosecution is mainly relying on the confessional statement of co-accused made before police. Contrary to the allegations, no incriminating article has been recovered on the basis of the petitioner's confessional statement. He is in custody since

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner being in custody for more than 1 year 7 months since 2.6.2022 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case no.203 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda.
