JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37923 of 2019, by which, the petitioner has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail on condition that he will pay Rs. 20,000/- per month to O.P. No. 2.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no such income to pay Rs. 20,000/- per month to O.P. No. 2 and thus prayed for modification of order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37923 of 2019 Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81846 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the fact that the order was passed in presence of counsels of both the parties, as such, I am not inclined to modify the order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37923 of 2019.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
