2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5850 of 2019 seeking extension of time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by the petitioner before the learned Court below in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 380 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner was looking after his uncle suffering from cancer at the relevant time, who died in course of treatment and thereafter the petitioner met with an accident on 05.05.2019, suffering a broken leg.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time granted to the petitioner for surrender and furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79157 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 bail bonds before the learned Court below in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 380 of 2018 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
