2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 436, 427, 353 and 153 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution story, in short, is that about 100150 accused persons along with lathi and danda came at the gate of informant's company and started raising slogans and they entered in the campus of Power Plant and set the vehicle, Guard Room etc. on fire.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84990 of 2024(5) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the FIR has been registered against unknown persons.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
