2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the F.I.R., it is alleged that all the named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the husband of the informant. It is further alleged that daughter of the informant who was present at the place of occurrence requested the assailants not to assault her father but the accused persons did not listen. On alarm, villagers gathered and rescued the husband of the informant, but on account of paucity of fund

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of their enemies.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and there is allegation that these petitioners and others assaulted the husband of the informant as a result of which he died.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) P.K.P./- U
