2. The petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bakhitiyarpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(b), 8(c), 18, 29 and 46 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of Opium Plant from the land of the petitioner.

4. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 10.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64091 of 2025 has granted bail to this petitioner subject to the condition that the trial Court shall verify his antecedent as it has been stated in the bail petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent. 5. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2025.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Patna/ concerned Court in Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No.137 of 2024.
