Petitioner seeks bail in Jamo Bazar P.S.Case No.17 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of kidnapping minor daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the victim girl was on talking term with the petitioner from before and no specific allegation of any overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and in the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim girl herself has stated that there was enmity between the parties before the occurrence He is in custody since 3.4.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- XIII, Siwan, in Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.17 of 2018 subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors must be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) the petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence and the petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of the trail and make himself available as and when required by the court, otherwise, his bail bond shall be cancelled (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
