2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner and other accused persons have kidnapped the informant's daughter.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage of the petitioner has been solemnized with the alleged victim and she is residing with the petitioner in her matrimonial house. The couple are blessed with a female child who is three

This anticipatory bail petition is disposed of with the observation that the regular bail of the petitioner shall be considered on the same day of its filing and the learned Court below may take into account this fact that the couple are residing in happy and cordial atmosphere and they have blessed with female child.
