The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 38 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and merely on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of pre-arrest bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and in view of the fact that the petitioner has no

No.73102 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge II, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
