2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karandey P.S. Case No. 79 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 354, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant along with her daughter was working in field, the accused persons including the petitioners came there and assaulted them with lathi, danda and garasa. Further, petitioner nos. 1 and 2, by catching her daughter's locks, thrashed her to the ground and

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is a matter of free fight between two groups of agnates who have land dispute. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Karandey P.S. Case No. 79 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
