2. Without going into merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the authority on 21.09.2023. This Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be served, if the present writ petition is disposed of directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17150 of 2023(4) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 respondents to reply to the said representation and intimate the petitioner how much amount is due to the BIADA authorities within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of reply from BIADA, the petitioner shall pay the same within a period of two weeks and thereafter, once the amounts are paid, the respondents shall unseal the premises and put the petitioner in possession.

2. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
