2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with NCB Case No. 12 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

3. As per the prosecution case, 15.900 Kg. of Charas has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the Zonal Director of NCB has appeared and submitted that some of the witnesses are being examined and the rest of the witnesses will

5. Considering the huge recovery of charas and the submission of the Zonal Director, NCB that the trial will be concluded in near future, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is dismissed again.

7. It is made clear that if the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

8. The personal appearance of the Zonal Director, NCB is dispensed with and he is directed to look after the trial of other cases also and see to it that no delay is caused in the prosecution of the accused where the prosecuting agency is NCB.
