2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 109, 352, 351 ( 2 ), 351 (3) and 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, on 27.04.2025 at about 8 PM, this petitioner stabbed five times in the abdomen of son of the informant. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78724 of 2025(2) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025.
