2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 167 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 27, 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown persons shot and killed the deceased. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner has committed the crime and his face has been captured in the CCTV Footage. He has made self inculpatory statement that petitioner has criminal antecedents and the petitioner has committed the murder after he was hired to do so.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Peti-

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed.
