2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darigaon P.S. Case No. 165 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64, 74, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 67 and 67(A) of the Information Technology Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of making viral of obscene video and photo of the victim-informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2025 and has alleges false implication.

6. The petitioner is accused of making the private moments viral.

6. Considering the period of custody and the allegation, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram/ concerned Court in connection with Darigaon P.S.
