2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 565 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 365 and 366Aof the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim. The victim girl in her statement has said that she has left her house on her own will. The petitioner is in jail since 08.05.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84663 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 565 of 2021.
