JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 20.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 42845 of 2016 and vide order dated 11.10.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 48113 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 6.8.2016 and direction of this Court was to conclude the trial within a period of four months but trial has not been concluded as yet. Further submission is that two witnesses are yet to be examined in this case. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, if trial is not concluded within a further
