2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84205 of 2023(4) dt.07-03-2024 2/3 with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 509 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Prosecution case in short is that the accused persons surrounded the house of the informant and on the order of coaccused, Ravindra Yadav, the petitioner No. 1 is said to have fired upon informant's mother which hit in her right leg. The petitioner No. 5 is alleged to have assaulted Jeera Devi on her head.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is allegation against the petitioner No. 1 of firing upon Sampul Devi but she suffered simple injury caused by hard and blunt object. Similarly, there is allegation against the co-accused Ravindra that he opened fire which hit the stomach of one, Piyush but the said Piyush has also sustained simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance which falsifies the allegation made in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that all the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.
5. On the other hand, learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, particularly clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 509 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
