Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307/34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing upon the informant with an intention to kill him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. Allegation of firing is against one Kaushal Kumar Yadav and nothing has been specifically alleged against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50752 of 2018(4) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 petitioner. There is no injury report. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st Barh, District- Patna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2017.
