JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar 6 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 411, 414 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners is that one dead body was found and it appears that he was killed by some unknown criminals and thrown the dead body near the bridge and later on, on the basis of confessional statement of one Polu @ Saurabh, the petitioners have been named in the occurrence.

No.47821 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/3 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are ladies and in order to save the life of one co-accused, Pintu Kumar, only treated him in the house of Polu @ Saurabh Kumar and except that, there is nothing against the petitioners and they have falsely been implicated in this case and they are in custody since 15.06.2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali , Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 6 of 2016, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
ii) The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
iii) It is made clear that if petitioners found
