2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, some unknown persons snatched the mobile set and cash from the informant while he was going on his motor-cycle.

4. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No. 54824 of 2024, but while rejecting the same, it was observed by this Court that if he trial is not concluded within a period of nine

It is stated that the stipulated period has already lapsed and on similar footing co-accused Vijay Sahani has been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 77484 of 2024 under order dated 13.02.2025.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-12, Muzaffarpur in connection with Musahari P.S.Cae No. 288 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
