1. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

2. It appears that at present the road as per the changed route/alignment is already constructed. However, it is alleged that because of that some more amount was required to be incurred by the Government. The Additional Collector has already sent the complaint to the Principal Secretary, Department of Rural Works, Government of Bihar, Patna to look into the matter (Page-12 communication dated 12th April, 2017).

3. Under the circumstances, the present petition stands disposed of by directing the Principal Secretary,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15452 of 2018 dt.13-08-2018 2/2 Department of Rural Works, Government of Bihar, Patna to look into the matter and take an appropriate decision, as observed by the Additional Collector (Respondent No. 5) in the communication dated 12th April, 2017 and communicate the outcome of the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the present order.
