JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

From the road side ditch, liquor was alleged recovered.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is a teacher and has been falsely dragged in this case on suspicion.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
