Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR of the occurrence of dacoity was registered against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I.Parade. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Anupam @ Anupam Kumar Singh,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47233 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T.No.384 of 2018 (arising out of Kahalgaon Police Station Case No.68 of 2018), subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
