2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 325, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have abused and brutally assaulted on the head and other body parts of the informant by means of rod due to which he sustained grievous injury. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the grievous nature of injury and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
