This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 for offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that with regard to the theft of the vehicle which was committed on 01.12.2017, the complain was filed on 13.02.2018, after three months, with false accusation that this petitioner confessed before the complainant about committing theft. However there is no recovery of the stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner, the investigation in this case has been completed and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
