====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.1386 of 2024 instituted under Sections 103(1), 80, 238 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of informant was killed due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand by the petitioner and co-accused Bitu Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He further that petitioner is motherin-law of deceased who is taking care of the children of deceased. Learned counsel submits that husband of deceased is

He further submits that the deceased herself committed suicide by dupatta and the parents of deceased were informed about the same, who participated in the funeral of deceased. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is a widow lady, having no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.1386 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
