2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 02.11.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 7960 of 2023 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 547 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
