Mr.Ashraf Ansari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 331 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having tortured the informant on account of non-fulfilment of the demand for dowry.

No.75103 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant and as far as the petitioner no. 3 is concerned, he is the brother-in-law and the petitioner no. 4 is the married sister-in-law of the informant and they have been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as if anybody has to be blamed it is the husband of the informant. The petitioners are stated to be having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 331 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) ajay gupta/- U T
