The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Naya Gaon P.S. Case No. 7 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the Police Personnel has alleged in his written report that theft was committed in Malkhana on 01.03.2018. Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of two country made Pistol, six live cartridges and one magazine from the house of the petitioner on the information given by the petitioner. It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent and he is custody since 24.03.2018.
