2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 111(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66, 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant reached in the premises of Reasoning Circle, Sitamarhi which look like a call center and when the informant entered, he found that certain persons were working on the system and fine wise pioneer was opened in different tabs. They were editing the photographs. It is further alleged that certain boys were abusing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80072 of 2025(3) dt.16-01-2026 2/3 and threatening for loan recovery and from there, seven persons were apprehended and the petitioner is one amongst them.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of this petitioner, a mobile and a laptop have been recovered, and it is apparent from the laptop that the loans were paid through fake sites and the loanee was threatened for paying the loan. The mobile, which has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, has two SIMs, and on one of the SIMs there is a complaint of cyber crime. He also submits that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Premchand Kumar, Raju Kumar, and Abhishek Kumar, have been granted bail by the coordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 78271 of 2025 and 78066 of 2025, respectively. Deepak Kumar has also been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 69374 of 2025. He further submits that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 16.04.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025.
