JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 Heard Mr.Utkarsha Utpal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Rajesh Kumar, learned APP for the State. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 09.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50787 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not obey the order of this Court due to the reason that he was out of station and when he has received the order of this Court then the Court closed for Puja Holidays and hence he could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.

For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22019 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 time for surrender of petitioner-Anshuman Rai and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 09.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50787 of 2022 is extended by two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
