2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 103 (1) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Chandrajyoti devi alleged that on 04.04.2025 , she came to know that some unknown miscreants committed murder of daughter of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. Petitioner is brother-in -law of the deceased. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of coaccused namely, Shatrudhan Kumar and Jai Mahto . Except confessional statement, there is no other material available on

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is own brother-in -law of the deceased. Post mortem report goes to show that death was caused due to strangulation and several external injuries were found over the dead body of the deceased.
